We are committed to improving the standing of our profession. Training in general service standards in all respects can only help this cause. We hold worldwide training school teaching bartending techniques and skills; tutored tastings and product knowledge seminars for spirit brands, bar groups and private clients.

An essential unbiased approach, combined with interaction and lots of visual demonstrations allows valuable transferable knowledge to be taken from the sessions. We also do bartender training for bar teams or individuals. We deliver a back to basics approach, starting from the correct use of equipment and the importance of ice, to more advanced cocktail and menu creation levels. We do on-site training for in-house menus as well as informal and discussion led general bartending sessions.
